All IN-STOCK merchandise is shipped immediately. Generally all items shown on our E-Boutique are In Stock, due to extremely popular demand, certain items may not be readily available, these will be back-ordered. Back-ordered items will be shipped, as they become available. Each back-order will have different shipping times depending on the item bought, with a usual minimum back-order shipping time of two weeks and a usual maximum of four. Please feel free to contact us regarding shipping times on specific items.

All orders are processed immediately and shipped according to availability. Due to extremely popular demand, certain items may not be readily available. These items will be shipped immediately upon reception in our warehouse. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. The shipping and handling charges will be applied to the first shipment ONLY, all back-ordered items will be sent at no additional charge, when they become available.
Availability is posted for every item. "Availability" means "Processing Time". That is how long it takes us to process your order and be ready to ship to you. Note that time is only estimated and may vary due to certain conditions. Please read the "Usually ships within" underneath each item carefully. IE: If an item states that it "Usually ships within" 1-2 weeks, we obviously cannot ship them out next day. We can ship via the service you desire when the product has arrived and is available in stock within the availability time.
Most items have a 24 hour availability, in which case means they are in stock and will ship instantly on payment being received. All are calculated in business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. If you have a deadline, please contact us via email, and indicate your deadline in the "Comments" section at the "Check Out" point of your shopping cart. We will try our very best to work with you. But we do not make any guarantees. Please note for your privacy, the return address on your package(s) will state "Lisa Maree (Aust) Pty Ltd".
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or online credit note.
Items returned within seven working days of purchase date will be exchanged for another items chosen by the customer or exchanged for an online credit note to use within six months.
Lingerie, Swimwear and all intimate items are non-returnable due to Health Regulations.
These items are not exchangeable for other items or an online credit note: lingerie, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, jewelry, accessories or sale items.

Merchandise Credit Terms: All merchandise credit's or coupon code totals must to be used at one time, you cannot purchase an item for less than the value of your coupon code. Postage charges are non-creditable and you cannot use your coupon to cover the postage cost, postage costs must be paid in full by any of our payment methods listed. In the event an item has been damaged, please keep the item in its original packaging and contact the delivering carrier (Australian Air Express) to arrange for inspection.
